The balance of payment must be credited to our account no later than 14 days before arrival.

Reservations at X-Alp lodges subject to the general Austrian Hotel Contract cancellation policy:
– Up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price
– 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total price
– In the last week prior to arrival 90% of the total price
